This theme is then copied from users adminsitrator appdata local microsoft windows themes  to c: windows resources themes and then selected and applied. The profile is copied using sysprep/CopyProfile, then after copying the now Default User profile to a roaming location, the system is syprepped again for generalization and shutdown (and a few other unrelated things). The theme (ABC) that was created using the AuditMode profile does not get applied to any users logging on to the system after it comes out of sysprep. They instead receive the Aero theme. To the 7 oobeSystem section creates another ABC theme generated from the Aero theme.
