Hi and welcome to the At Your Service blog. I’m Cheryl and I will be your Host for this Blog. So what have we gotten ourselves into? Blog is a shortened form of Web Log. We will be exploring the world of Printers and Multifunction devices as well as other offerings from Xerox. I hope to introduce you to things you might not have known about and remind you about some things you may have forgotten about. I hope you will enjoy my humorous look at things from the inside out. I have been with Xerox for many years and have seen many changes from Memorywriter typewriters to thermal faxes to Multifunction devices. For those of you under 30, typewriters are those big machines you see assistants using on shows like Mad Men or re-runs of I Love Lucy and the Mary Tyler Moore show, we used them before the advent of the PC. I also want to bring you information about the new and cutting edge things Xerox is bringing to you.

I am sure the economy has something to do with the slow down you are seeing. But I do not see Xerox moving away from hardware. Hardware is our main focus and we continue to deliver new and feature rich products to the market. Times are still tough all over but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I no longer think it is an on coming train.

Cathy November 24, 2015 - Hi Cheryl, My husband retied from Xerox after working 36 years. I remember the good years in the 70’s and 80’s when the stock was splitting and splitting again. Those days are sadly gone. I read today where Carl Ichon (sp) acquired a nice chuck of Xerox stock.
