Many of these songs are among Hendrix's very finest; it may be true that he would continue to develop at a rapid pace throughout the rest of his brief career, but he would never surpass his first LP in terms of consistently high quality. It wouldn't have meant much, however, without his excellent material, whether psychedelic frenzy ('Foxey Lady,' 'Manic Depression,' 'Purple Haze'), instrumental freak-out jams ('Third Stone From the Sun'), blues ('Red House,' 'Hey Joe'), or tender, poetic compositions ('The Wind Cries Mary') that demonstrated the breadth of his songwriting talents. It was his mind-boggling guitar work, of course, that got most of the ink, building upon the experiments of British innovators like Jeff Beck and Pete Townshend to chart new sonic territories in feedback, distortion, and sheer volume. Not to be underestimated were the contributions of drummer Mitch Mitchell and bassist Noel Redding, who gave the music a rhythmic pulse that fused parts of rock and improvised jazz. The British and American versions of the album differed substantially when they were initially released in 1967; MCA's 17-song CD reissue does everyone a favor by gathering all of the material from the two records in one place, adding a few B-sides from early singles, as well.

So I've been looking things up to make sure I solve conflicts properly, but I'm pretty new to this and am confused about some things. I am using Vortex to load mods for Fallout 4, and the mods I am going to use to illustrate my problem are.
AWKCR has a patch for CBBE that, as far as I understand, includes meshes for Cait's gloves. This leads me to believe that these meshes should over-write the CBBE meshes, since it is specifically meant to patch CBBE to work with AWKCR. If AWKCR didn't need to overwrite what comes with CBBE, the patch would be unnecessary. From what I understand, this means that AWKCR should be loaded AFTER CBBE, so that it overwrites any conflicts it has with CBBE. However, every single suggested load order I have seen that includes AWKCR puts it BEFORE everything else.
Wouldn't that mean the patched files would get lost completely? This is an illustrative problem, but the general question is, when a mod includes a patch for 'if you're using another mod', shouldn't the patching mod be loaded after the patched mod? As a side-note, from what I have seen, Vortex runs LOOT to decide the load order. Should that not resolve these conflicts automatically, without my having to establish load order rules? Thanks to anyone that can help me out with this, I think getting an answer to this question will elucidate all the other questions I have about load orders and conflict resolution.
A mods installer can install multiple plugins under 1 mod title. So you could have AWKCR.esp, then CBBE.esp, then AWKCR CBBE Patch.esp where AWKCR.esp and AWKCR CBBE Patch.esp were both installed by the AWKCR installer. The AWKCR cbbe fix doesn't actually have an esp though and Vortex isn't asking you which plugin should be loaded first. It's telling you that both AWKCR and CBBE are supplying loose.nif files and asking which ones you want used. In this case, you want the.nif files from AWKCR to overwrite the CBBE ones, so you tell it to load AWKCR after CBBE. • • • • • • •.
